Shipping & Delivery is committed to meeting customer's high expectations for shipping and delivery times. Every product that we offer is stocked in our 100,000 square foot warehouse. We take pride in shipping out every order within 24-48 hours, provided your requested items are in stock. If you happen to order an out of stock item, an emailed backorder notification will alert you within 2 business days with an expected arrival date. Do you offer free shipping?
Every order over $250 qualifies to ship free from (*Exclusion items such as room furniture which ship via common carrier, are indicated as such. Upon ordering, you will be contacted with the applicable shipping charge and given the opportunity to accept or reject the order.) If your order for free delivery qualifying merchandise is below $250, a flat $15 shipping fee will be applied.

When will my order ship out?
Every in-stock order will ship within 24-48 hours. Please see individual product pages for *Made to Order* products. *Exclusions Apply

Is there an option for expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited FedEx shipping online, however you may call customer service at 844-357-4993 to place the order over the phone with an expedited shipping option.

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. We only ship within the 48 continental states. However, we will take Canada orders over the phone. Freight forwarders are accepted. Hawaii and Alaska orders must be placed over the phone with customer service at 844-357-4993.

What are my payment choices?
All LodgMate orders must be pre-paid with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
