Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If you need to change quantities please call 844-357-4993 to speak to a customer service representative. If your order has already shipped, it will be placed on a separate order. You can cancel an item if it hasn't shipped or left our warehouse. If you need to cancel an item in the order, we recommend waiting until it arrives at your location, and then sending it back. We will issue a credit refund for the product total, excluding shipping.

How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of the website. You will need to know your order ID, email, and zip code that relates to your online account. You can find your order ID on the email confirmation.

My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.
If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact customer service at 844-357-4993. Check to make sure packages aren't strapped together. Check with personnel who may have signed for your package and placed the order in the building. We will do our best to track the package down via FedEx and we will file a claim for lost items. If items are truly lost, we will send a replacement order.

When will my backorder arrive?
Every customer will receive a backorder notification email two business days after placing an order. The email will state when we are expecting backorder items to arrive into our warehouse. You will have the option to either cancel or wait for the expected arrival date. Many times we will offer substitutes to reduce waiting times.
